This research shows the impact of assessments on organizations’ key performance indicators and provides benchmarks to guide decisions on the selection and administration of assessments.

Brandon Hall Group's 2018 Assessment Survey data comes from HR, talent acquisition, talent management, technology, and business leaders and practitioners from October 2017 through January 2018. There were 301 total usable responses. Responses represent organizations headquartered in 42 different countries across at least 32 industries. The most represented industries in the survey were technology/software, consulting, education, and healthcare.
