David Rivas has more than 10 years of experience in Business Process Outsourcing and corporate Learning Services. He initiated his career as a Learning Administrator and has steadily progressed until becoming Learning Offering Director for Conduent. Currently he is Learning Offering Director at Conduent and oversee the Learning and Supplier Management Services for a key client in Europe. David is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt with a high focus on process improvement and Streamlining Value Flow.

Gabriel Negrii has been in Conduent Learning Services for 6 years and started as a Learning Administrator. He went beyond the transactional work and started to get involved into the processes which led him to the Business Analysis and Project Management path. Currently he is a Learning Offering Manager, under David Rivas’s management with a focus on Supplier Management and Learning Administration Services. Gabriel is a PRINCE2 Certified Project Manager that leads the Operational Excellence initiatives and has implemented an award winning Project that significantly improved the relationship and brought more services for a key client in Europe.
