Guest: Betsy Geller, Senior Learning Consultant at Conduent

Betsy Geller works with clients to define learning strategies and solutions, and with project teams to build these solutions. Betsy is passionate about the use of technology, 模拟, learning games, and other approaches that can be used to meet learning goals, and about right-sizing solutions to fit the learning needs. Many of her recent projects involve the transformation of instructor-led programs into learner-centric blended learning with experiential learning components and learning in the flow of work. She has contributed to Conduent’s process design for VR/AR solutions and authored a white paper on the use of immersive technologies as part of a learning solution.
