The research based assessment tool offers individuals the ability to identify and discover their leadership talents. The assessment tool can be instrumental for organizations to help educate and bring awareness to the differences amongst male and female leadership strengths. It’s about finding balance and bringing out distinct leadership traits that can offer greater insight into decision making and problem-solving.
