Mutually Assured Success: How to Leverage External Training to Manage Risk, Boost Learner Engagement, and Educate Customers
In insurance, measuring success often means measuring a negative. The fewer the claims, the better it is for the insurance company and policyholder. And to reduce claims, both parties need a strong handle on the risk factors that lead to them.

Berkley Design Professional—a professional liability insurance company for architects and engineers—tackled this challenge head on by creating an extended enterprise learning program called BDP Risk®. With 300 learning assets in more than 25 channels, this platform educates brokers, architects and engineers on how to improve business practices and reduce risk that leads to insurance claims.

Join this session to learn how Berkley DP’s team built and deployed BDP Risk® using Docebo, and why it has led to stronger engagement from policyholders, a higher percentage of policy renewals, decreased policyholder loss ratio and a decrease in claim frequency.

An Integrated Learning Ecosystem: Augmenting Microlearning into Employees’ Everyday Tools

Offering continuous learning is non-negotiable in today's workplace. Organizations must rapidly evolve the knowledge and skills of their workforce to adapt to new standards to maintain performance. Unfortunately, relying solely on legacy learning systems is contributing to poor employee experiences and L&D outcomes. Microlearning, which relies on spaced repetition and testing to train employees and improve long-term knowledge retention, can quickly and seamlessly enhance your learning ecosystem and complements the solutions you already have in place. Integrating this powerful, scientifically proven technology with your existing systems dramatically improves the learning experience, meeting employees in the flow of work and promoting ongoing development while providing detailed, real-time analytics to measure your L&D investments and make precision adjustments.

At this session, learning technology integration experts Bret Kramer and David Cariello share how and why leading enterprise organizations are transforming their HR and learning systems with microlearning.
