The 2019 Excellence in HCM Technology Awards were announced today recognizing the leading technological advances in the fields of Learning & Development, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management, and Sales Enablement. As the foremost independent research and advisory firm for Human Capital Management, Brandon Hall Group first formalized this annual recognition of industry greatness in 1993.

The awards recognize innovative technologies that measurably benefitted from organizations’ leading HCM practices. Applications come from companies and government agencies around the world and feature corporate organizations, as well as solution providers. Winners with three or more awards include Adobe, Cornerstone, CrossKnowledge, Dell Technologies, Fulcrum Labs, HealthcareSource, IBM, LearnUpon, MPS Interactive Systems, Mursion, NIIT & MetLife, Ping An Insurance Group, PwC, Saba Software, SAP, SAP Litmos, Skillsoft, Symphony Talent and Wisetail.

“Excellence in Technology Award-winners are at the forefront of technology innovation. Our program evaluates not just the solution, but the benefits to the human capital management function, the business, and the customer. That is the ultimate differentiator — positive business impact. Technology Award winners pass that test with flying colors,” said Rachel Cooke, Brandon Hall Group Chief Operating Officer and head of the awards program.
