October is typically the height of events season, and one unique event that may have flown under your radar is LearnFlux from Brandon Hall Group Smartchoice® Gold Preferred Provider CommLab India. It is a virtual event for “eLearning Champions,” where attendees get to connect with their peers and learn from others who have built and launched successful tech-enabled learning initiatives. The event is open to anyone who may be hands-on with learning projects, including platform administrators, instructional designers, subject matter experts, and more. The event is designed to encourage cross-domain learning and provide L&D professionals with a platform to network and grow.

What makes the event unique is that it is completely focused on showcasing the effective solutions that successful global companies have developed and implemented, so attendees can learn about what works in the real world. The examples cover everything from leadership training, compliance, sales enablement, and more. Sessions include topics such as designing for diversity and inclusion, aligning learning with the business, and nurturing intrapreneurship.

The fully virtual event provides flexibility for those who are able to attend live, those who would like to review recorded sessions, and those who would like to do both. Another unique aspect of this event is that every registration sponsors 100 meals for the needy in CommLab India’s local community. Attendees also receive a swag box delivered to them, a credit for the CommLab India online store, and a welcome kit on the dashboard that includes templates and eBooks once they register. The event is right around the corner, from October 18th through the 20th, so the time to sign up is now.
