Edison, NJ (September 21, 2015)—Indecomm Global Services, a leader in business process outsourcing, learning, and technology solutions, is pleased to announce that its Learning Division in conjunction with Con Edison have won a Gold and a Silver Award for excellence in the “Best Custom Content” category from Brandon Hall Group. These prestigious awards recognize Indecomm’s Learning & Development Team for delivering excellence in eLearning Courses for Consolidated Edison, Inc., one of the nation’s largest investor-owned energy companies.

Indecomm’s solution helped Con Edison employees to identify and protect themselves and the company from phishing and scams. The solution included a “gamified” assessment that added an interesting twist to an otherwise standard assessment. Another Indecomm solution focused on how Con Edison employees should respond to emergency situations. This used real life scenarios, high end animations, and an interactive approach to engage learners.
