Genpact Leverages EVP for Engagement

This case study offers a look at the Education@Work initiative developed by Genpact. The organization worked to create a culture of engagement by focusing on the value proposition it could offer to employees. The business earns revenues of $2.27 billion and employs more than 67,000 employees around the world. This initiative earned Genpact a Silver Award for Best Advance in Employee Engagement in the 2015 Excellence Awards.

Mobile Training at Amref Health Africa

This case study highlights the mobile training established by Amref Health Africa. The organization provides training for community health workers via the Health Enablement and Learning Platform (HELP). The $85 million dollar NGO is based in Africa and has more than 1,000 staff members. This earned Amref Health Africa a Silver Award for Best Use of Mobile Learning in the 2015 Excellence Awards Program.

Wiley Educates Staff on Marketing Essentials

This case study highlights the Marketing Revenue Center internal certification program developed at Wiley. The 200+ year old organization shifted its focus to the newest methods of marketing, encouraging employees to become proficient in the latest advances. This earned the $1.8 billion company a Gold Award for Best Learning Program Supporting a Business Change Transformation Strategy in the 2015 Excellence Awards Program.

Developing High-Potential Leaders at Genpact

This case study offers a look at the Global Leadership Development program (GOLD) from Genpact. This program offers opportunities for developing high-potential employees and growing them into powerful leaders of the business. This earned the company a Gold Award for Best Advance in High Potential Development in the 2015 Excellence Awards Program.

Gamified Sales Training at Tech Data Academy

This case study uncovers the essential pieces of TD Academy, an interactive sales training developed by Tech Data. The company worked with HP, Azlan, and Growth Engineering on this effort. The $26.8 billion organization employs more than 9,000 people worldwide. This earned Tech Data a Gold Award for Best Sales Training for Extended Enterprise in the 2015 Excellence Awards.

Mike held leadership and executive positions for the majority of his career, at which he was responsible for steering sales and marketing teams to drive results and profitability. Mike started his career at MicroVideo Learning Systems in 1992, eventually holding a senior management position and leading all corporate sales before founding Dynamic Minds.
