Major Research Reports

High-Performance Employee Engagement: Framing a Systematic Approach

Employee engagement fuels organizational growth. The correlation is hard to deny. To help organizations optimize employee engagement and its benefits, Brandon Hall Group’s Madeline Laurano developed this high-performance employee engagement framework and white paper. This report explores how best-practice organizations are building results-driven programs, aligning objectives with business objectives, and understanding the role of engagement in broader talent management strategies.

KnowledgeGraphic: Hiring’s Biggest Pain Points

This KnowledgeGraphic illustrates the problems organizations face in hiring talent — to some degree because of a perceived talent shortage, but also because — despite the best of intentions — they are not making changes and innovations to turn the tide. This story is based on Brandon Hall Group’s 2015 Talent Shortage and Hiring Practices Study.

  • I was wondering if you could direct me to any materials you might have about MOOC and SPOC maintenance approaches – e.g., case studies or key factors for success – with perhaps process recommendations on how to keep overall course quality high over longer periods?
