DALLAS – July 24, 2013 – PeopleAnswers and AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah today announced a software licensing agreement for the organization that offers travel, insurance, automotive and other services to its more than four million members to use the PeopleAnswers HR-focused business solution to recommend employees who will be strong sales and customer service professionals.

AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah will use the intuitive, cloud-based PeopleAnswers software, on its desktop and mobile platforms, to evaluate, select and hire employee candidates organization-wide in roles including agents who work with members on property/casualty insurance, life insurance and travel. The company will also use PeopleAnswers in hiring its branch managers and roadside assistance employees. The software will identify the Behavioral DNA® of existing staff. Then it will use unique Predictive Talent Analytics to compare each against customized behaviorally based Performance Profiles allowing the company’s managers to focus on candidates with traits similar to its most successful team members.
PeopleAnswers creates a consistent and faster employee recruiting process across all locations that will improve the quality of managers’ hiring decisions while also helping them be more efficient. AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah managers will also use PeopleAnswers as a guide for candidate interview questions. The valuable data gathered during the hiring process will be critical in onboarding, succession planning and employee development.
