Mollie Lombardi, VP and Principal Analyst for Workforce Management, concludes that organizations still struggle to prove the value of automation and tools that will let them gain the process efficiency that frees them up to focus on strategic priorities. But Lombardi says the research data shows that organizations that get over this critical turning point are delivering real value and raising workforce management to a true strategic powerhouse.
