Susan Mahaffey started her career in sales and was Director of National Accounts for a large Recruitment RPO. She became a Partner of a sales and marketing recruitment firm where her major account, The Coca-Cola Company, hired her to be a recruitment leader in their corporate talent acquisition function. She worked for other large global companies including Newell Rubbermaid and British Telecom. At British Telecom, she led HR Services for US and South America before taking the VP Leadership and Talent Management Center of Expertise role for the Global Services business unit. Susan thrives in leading large, global teams through transformation and growth. Her earlier career in sales along with her business acumen bring a strong customer centric focus to the HR function.

Kristy Thomas joined Vonage in 2018. As VP Western Sales NOAM of the Applications group, 和, she oversees the Western United States including Sales and P&L throughout the market, and she is charged with driving sales of the Company’s unified communications and contact center solutions. 女士.
