Jenn Labin, Chief Talent & Diversity Officer at MentorcliQ has over 15 years of experience in talent development, training and design. Previously Jenn was the owner of TERP Associates which was acquired by MentorcliQ, combining TERP’s expertise with MentorcliQ’s award-winning mentoring software to expand mentoring content, training and value for customers. Jenn is the 笔者 of Mentoring Programs That Work, a unique approach to building scalable and sustainable mentoring programs. She is a regular presenter at the ATD International Conference, ATD chapters and MentorCom. Jenn has a BA from the University of Maryland-Baltimore County in Digital Art and her MA in Instructional Systems Design. She has earned credentials as a Certified Principal Evaluator (Kirkpatrick Evaluation), DISC-PIAV and Situational Leadership II Facilitator, as well as a certificate in Presentation Design from Duarte Design and Leadership Development. Besides mentoring, 学习与发展, Jenn is passionate about scuba diving, the environment and spending time with family. Jenn lives near Baltimore, MD with her amazing husband, daughters and a turtle named Godzilla.
