As a member of the Leadership & Professional Development team within Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s Talent Enablement organization, Sonia Ngleads the design and delivery of HPE’s global programs for executive, core leadership and high potential development, as well as professional skills and business/functions training. Ng led the launch of their industry award-winning flagship management program and directed the subsequent build-out of their enterprise-wide leadership curriculum, which spans all levels from individuals considering a role in leadership to senior executives.
