Daniel Shepherd is a Senior Manager of Content Design and Development for Walmart. In his ten years with the company, he’s been from salesfloor associate to assistant store manager, training facilitator to content designer, and many things in between. He’s helped expand the Walmart Academy training program to district level positions as well as VR and gamified simulation training. Daniel believes that innovative methods are key to staying relevant with learners of all ages.

Anders Gronstedt, Ph.D. President of The Gronstedt Group, is an author, public speaker and entrepreneur. He is an advocate of using Next-Gen Learning tools to advance real-world skills through virtual and augmented reality training, game and simulation-based learning. 牛逼he Gronstedt Group has been instrumental in helping global companies like Walmart, 毕马威(KPMG), Novartis, 谷歌, HP, DaVita, and Kimberly-Clark improve performance with innovative learning approaches.
