Guest:

Mike Martin, Chief Learning Officer at Litmos by CallidusCloud

 Host:

Rachel Cooke, Chief Operating Officer, Brandon Hall Group

Litmos by CallidusCloud is the fastest growing learning technology company in the world, supporting more than 4,000,000 users in 130+ countries and 28 languages.  The company prides itself on a customer-centric approach and continual innovation in the marketplace.

Headquartered in Silicon Valley and backed by public company CallidusCloud (NASDAQ: CALD), Litmos is still run with the nimbleness of a start-up and is focused on executing its customers’ vision that learning technologies should be able to be used, consumed and deployed by anyone in the organization and on any device. Litmos’s leadership team has a combined 140 years’ experience across the technology and learning domains.

In this episode, we discuss Mike’s background as a camp counselor, trainer and learner and how he draws from those experiences in his role overseeing customer and internal training for Litmos.

Topics include:

  • Creating memorable moments
  • Harnessing the power of novelty
  • The importance of creating engaging learning interactions
  • How Mike’s experience as a Litmos user informs his actions on the provider side

We also reflect on the recent Excellence Conference as Mike shares some personal observations about his opening speech — and more.
