In today’s fast pace, rapidly changing, competitive global and multi-generational workforce environments – development opportunities are a necessity to thrive. Learning professionals traditionally have developed great content and delivered it to the basic channels that were available and learners registered for courses based on what was mandated or peaked their interest. It is exciting to see many new ways to market development opportunities and the tools available to communicate the value and maximize its potential reach.

During this episode, we spoke about how learning professionals are utilizing social and modern marketing techniques to catch the eye of their students and buyers.
