Brandon Hall Group’s Excellence in Technology Awards Now Open for Applications

I’m delighted to announce the opening of our 22nd annual Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Technology Awards Program.

Brandon Hall Group’s Excellence in Technology Awards welcomes organizations that create or implement technologies that improve productivity and enable innovation in Human Capital Management (HCM) and Sales Enablement.  The awards program is open to receive applications through Sept. 23, 2016.

The 2016 Excellence in Technology Awards honor organizations that have successfully deployed programs, strategies, modalities, processes, systems, and tools that drive meaningful business results.

 

The awards are open to:

  • Solution providers offering technologies to Learning & Development, Talent Management, Human Resources/Workforce Management, Talent Acquisition, and Sales functions. Solution providers can enter the Excellence in Technology Awards alone or with their client or partner organizations.
  • User organizations (non-solution provider) organizations with technology functions or departments. User organizations can enter the Excellence in Technology Awards alone or with their partner or helping organizations (solution providers).

 

The Awards program includes 51 categories in five program areas:

  • Excellence in Learning and Development Technology
  • Excellence in Talent Management Technology
  • Excellence in Human Resources/Workforce Management Technology
  • Excellence in Talent Acquisition Technology
  • Excellence in Sales Enablement Technology

 

The Excellence in Technology Awards honors forward-thinking organizations that understand that technology is the driver of human capital management innovation that is absolutely critical to drive better business results for organizations.  Our research shows that, more than ever before, the success of learning, talent management, talent acquisition, leadership development, HR programs, and sales enablement depends on delivering a superior employee, customer, or candidate experience. Technology is a critical enabler.  We want to honor advances in technology to continue to motivate solution providers and corporations to continue to innovate. It’s critical to our industry.

 

Highlight these dates on your calendar:

  • Applications are accepted through 23, 2016.
  • A virtual event-announcing winners will be held 15, 2016.
  • Winners will be honored at a ceremony and banquet duringHCM Excellence Conference  24-27, 2017, in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

Chief Executive Officer of Brandon Hall Group Mike Cooke Prior to joining Brandon Hall Group, Mike Cooke was the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of AC Growth. Mike held leadership and executive positions for the majority of his career, at which he was responsible for steering sales and marketing teams to drive results and profitability. His background includes more than 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, management, and operations in the research, consulting, software and technology industries. During Mike’s tenure, the company has grown into a multi-national firm, conducting business in over 45 countries with over 4,500 multi-national organizations. Mike started his career at MicroVideo Learning Systems in 1992, eventually holding a senior management position and leading all corporate sales before founding Dynamic Minds. Mike was CEO and Co-Founder of Dynamic Minds, a custom developer of software programs, working with clients like Goldman Sachs, Prentice Hall, McGraw Hill and Merrill Lynch. Also, Mike worked for Oddcast, a leading provider of customer experience and marketing solutions, where he held a senior management position leading the company into new markets across various industries. Mike also serves on the Advisory Board for Carbon Solutions America, an independent sustainability consulting and carbon management firm that specializes in the design and implementation of greenhouse reduction and sustainability plans as well as managing the generation of carbon and renewal energy and energy efficiency credits. Mike attended University of Phoenix, studying Business Administration and Finance. He has also completed executive training at the Chicago Graduate School of Business in Chicago, IL.
