HP’s Innovative Video Training

In order to reach channel partners and global learners, HP needed a way to supplement the traditional training they offer to partners and staff that would reach the intended audiences in a consistent and engaging way. Thus HP Server TV was born, and the medium has reached thousands of employees worldwide. This earned Hewlett Packard a Bronze Award for Best Use of Video Learning in the 2015 Excellence Awards.

Boeing Develops L&D Governance

Having resources operating without an overarching strategy and plan can be inefficient at best. Boeing, in an attempt to curtail this problem, developed a governance model for its Learning, Training, and Development organization (LTD). This plan supported everything from supplier management to service level agreements, ensuring a total fit to the business needs. This earned the aerospace company a Silver Award for Best Advance in Establishing Governance to Guide Leadership Development Decisions in the 2015 Excellence Awards Program.

Aegis Living Markets Its Employer Brand

When it comes to hiring in a competitive industry, branding is an important part of the decision-making process. This case study highlights how Aegis Living used Glassdoor Employer to market itself to potential candidates and highlight stories from existing staff. The private healthcare organization is based in Redmond, Washington, and earned a Bronze Award for Best Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding Program in the 2015 Excellence Awards.

Mike held leadership and executive positions for the majority of his career, at which he was responsible for steering sales and marketing teams to drive results and profitability.
