Questions from Members

One of the great things about membership to Brandon Hall Group is the ability to ask questions to our team of analysts, who will respond within 24 hours. Here are the questions answered this week:

  • I am looking for some industry bet practices on how to set up a trainee program for new grad hires.
  • Are there any leading practices available on how service companies are measuring employee productivity and have data analytics?
  • With many learners going outside of the corporate learning group for their needs, how are other members approaching support, sponsorship, recognition for external learning through MOOCs, for example?
