New Research Reports

Research Summary: Learning Strategy 2016

This report provides the top findings from Brandon Hall Group’s 2016 Learning Strategy Study. The research shows that organizations are having a difficult time not only developing robust learning strategies, but also executing in a way that is aligned with the overall business strategy. Less than 10% of organizations have a formalized learning strategy that is aligned with business goals and have the analytics to back it up. But organizations know change is needed, and over the next 12-15 months two-thirds of organizations say their focus on experiential learning will increase, and 73% say their focus on informal learning will increase.

KnowledgeFlash: Call Center Training

KnowledgeFlash is a new research feature that provides a brief synopsis of research on a specific topic, along with a summary of one leading-practice case study, and links to full-text case studies and other research. This KnowledgeFlash focuses on call-center training.
