This paper provides a high-level overview of the results of Brandon Hall Group’s 2015 State of Leadership Development Study along with the top five findings of the study, as analyzed by Laci Loew, VP and Principal Analyst, Talent Management, for Brandon Hall Group. This technology review focuses on the technological capabilities offered by SAP. The Germany-based software company employs over 66,000 employees and has revenues of more than $21 billion, serving companies worldwide. SAP earned a Silver Award for Best Advance in Performance Support Technology in the 2014 Technology Awards.

Elucidat

This awards technology review looks at the learning services provided by Elucidat. This UK-based startup focuses on the eLearning authoring niche and serves several clients with a total of more than 18,000 learners. Elucidat earned a Silver Award for Best Advance in Content Authoring Technology in the 2014 Technology Awards.

Chief Executive Officer of Brandon Hall Group Mike Cooke Prior to joining Brandon Hall Group, Mike Cooke was the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of AC Growth. Mike held leadership and executive positions for the majority of his career, at which he was responsible for steering sales and marketing teams to drive results and profitability.
