This awards technology review focuses on the training offered by Cegos. The $181 million provider is based in Paris and provides engaging sales training experiences for users around the globe. This earned Cegos a Silver Award for Best Advance in Unique Sales Enablement Technology in the 2014 Technology Awards.

River

This awards technology review focuses on the social learning platform offered by River. The $4 million, Colorado-based organization is a global provider of technology for organizations such as Humana, AT&T, WOW!, and HP. River earned a Silver Award for Best Advance in Social Learning Technology in the 2014 Technology Awards.

Rustici Software

This awards technology review focuses on the learning measurement capabilities of Watershed LRS. This tool was developed by Rustici Software, a $4 million Tennessee-based provider of technology and xAPI support. Rustici Software earned a Bronze Award for Best Advance in Learning Management Measurement and Business Impact Tools in the 2014 Technology Awards.

EPAY Systems

This awards technology review focuses on Blueforce from EPAY Systems. The Chicago-based provider of payroll and labor tools serves more than 200 customers with more than 40,000 customer sites. This earned EPAY a Gold Award for Best Advance in Time and Labor Management Technology in the 2014 Technology Awards.

Tribridge

This awards technology review offers insights into the Tribridge HCM tool AmplifyHR. The Tampa, Florida-based provider of technology and HCM services provides support for more than 3,700 customers. Tribridge earned a Bronze Award for Best Advance in Unique Learning Technology in the 2014 Technology Awards.

Mike held leadership and executive positions for the majority of his career, at which he was responsible for steering sales and marketing teams to drive results and profitability. His background includes more than 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, management, and operations in the research, consulting, software and technology industries. Mike has extensive experience in sales, marketing and management having worked for several early high-growth emerging businesses and has implemented technology systems to support various critical sales, finance, marketing and client service functions. He is especially skilled in organizing the sales and service strategy to fully support a company’s growth strategy. The concept of growth was an absolute to Mike and a motivator in starting AC Growth, in order to help organizations achieve research driven results. Most recently, Mike was the VP and General Manager of Field Operations at Bersin & Associates, a global analyst and consulting services firm focused on all areas of enterprise learning, talent management and talent acquisition. Tasked with leading the company’s global expansion, Mike led all sales operations worldwide.
