Questions from Members

One great benefit of Brandon Hall Group members is the ability to ask questions of our HCM analyst team and get quick answers, usually within 24 hours. The questions answered this week included:

  • We have a leadership development program for mid-level managers. The number of participants on the problems exceeds 300 persons at a time. During the program they have to complete some projects. For this purpose they are divided into several groups. Are there materials on how to organized project work on leadership development programs and in particular, how to handle multiple groups?
  • I’m interested in any innovative ways other companies train executives to manage during a crisis (benchmark), beyond the typical table top exercise. What are the best practices around this type of training?
