New Research Reports
Impact of Next Practices in Talent Acquisition
Finding, engaging, hiring and retaining talent are major challenges for 88% of organizations surveyed in Brandon Hall Group’s Talent Shortage & Hiring Practices Study. Those organizations that identified themselves as struggling also reported little or no use of next practices — notably employer brand management and recruitment marketing. This KnowledgeGraphic shows the impact of not taking advantage of those next practices.
Today’s Training Function
This KnowledgeGraphic, featuring results of the 2015 Brandon Hall Group Training Study, shares new data on the structure, funding, and staffing of training functions in organizations. Highlight: funding for job-specific training is more than twice as much as any other type of training.
Leading Learning Practices in Banking and Finance
This collection of case studies, known as Brandon Hall Group’s Excellence in Practice series, includes detailed examples of leading learning practices in banking and finance corporations in the U.S. and abroad. The report includes an overview of each organization’s achievements and methodologies, followed by an appendix that includes the full text of each case study.
