The entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group senior analysts and executive leadership based upon the following criteria:

  • Product: What was the product’s breakthrough innovation?
  • Unique differentiators: What makes the product unique and how does it differ from any competing products?
  • Value proposition: What problem does the product solve and/or what need does this product address?
  • Measurable results: What are the benefits customers can expect to experience as a result of using this product?

The Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards Program is the most prestigious in the industry.  Often called the “Academy Awards” by learning, talent and business executives, the program was one of the first of its kind in the learning industry. The 2014 Excellence Awards Program for Learning, Talent Management and Human Resources and Sales and Marketing will be open for submission on January 15, 2014. The 2014 Excellence Awards in Technology program will begin accepting applications in June 2014.
