NEW YORK, DUBLIN & JACKSONVILLE, FL. (December 17, 2019) – Avature, a leading enterprise SaaS platform for Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, has won a coveted Brandon Hall Group Gold award for excellence in the Best Advance in Talent Acquisition Technology (TA) category for its Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Avature ATS enables organizations such as Ikea, KPMG and Tesla to bring their strategic talent acquisition vision to life with a flexible solution that combines modern web technology with powerful customization and automation.

Taking into account criteria such as unique differentiators of the solution, its breakthrough innovation and the benefits customers can expect to experience thanks to the technology, the panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, as well as Brandon Hall Group senior analysts and executives, made the decision to award Avature ATS the highest accolade within its category.

Another important factor behind their decision was the collective results achieved by clients since implementing Avature ATS. For example, US mass media company CBS reduced application drop-off rate by 39% while CBRE, the global real estate services company, reduced hiring costs by 18 percent and improved quality of hire by 15 percent.

“Winners of Excellence in Technology Awards are at the forefront of technology innovation. Our program evaluates not just the solution itself, but the benefit to the human capital management function, the business and the customer. That is the ultimate differentiator – whether the technology has a positive business impact. Technology Award winners pass that test with flying colors,” said Rachel Cooke, Chief Operating Officer of Brandon Hall Group and head of the awards program.

Dimitri Boylan, CEO of Avature, commented on the win, “We are dedicated to delivering the HCM technology our customers need to excel in the new world of work. With 36% of revenue invested in R&D, innovation is embedded at the heart of our organization.

Delivering a solution that solves the complex talent acquisition challenges of our customers requires true partnership and agile development that is driven both internally and by the organizations that we support. We are continuously pushing advancements in our technology and I’m delighted that this has been recognized on an industry level by Brandon Hall Group.”

Mike Cooke, Chief Executive Officer of Brandon Hall Group, added, “An Excellence Award also validates the vision of the technology development team, the wisdom of the company’s investment in the solution, and the value the technology brings to the end-user”.

With an ambitious roadmap of new functionality for 2020, Avature ATS will continue to push the boundaries for Talent Acquisition Technology.
