Top Human Capital Management Technologies Recognized by Brandon Hall Group

The 2019 Excellence in HCM Technology Awards were announced today recognizing the leading technological advances in the fields of Learning & Development, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management, and Sales Enablement. As the foremost independent research and advisory firm for Human Capital Management, Brandon Hall Group first formalized this annual recognition of industry greatness in 1993.

The awards recognize innovative technologies that measurably benefitted from organizations’ leading HCM practices. Applications come from companies and government agencies around the world and feature corporate organizations, as well as solution providers. Winners with three or more awards include Adobe, Cornerstone, CrossKnowledge, Dell Technologies, Fulcrum Labs, HealthcareSource, IBM, LearnUpon, MPS Interactive Systems, Mursion, NIIT & MetLife, Ping An Insurance Group, PwC, Saba Software, SAP, SAP Litmos, Skillsoft, Symphony Talent and Wisetail.

A panel of independent senior industry experts and Brandon Hall Group top analysts and executives evaluated the entries based upon the following criteria:

  • Product: What was the product’s breakthrough innovation?
  • Unique differentiators: What makes the product unique, and how does it differ from any competing products?
  • Value proposition: What problem does the product solve, and what are the business needs?
  • Measurable results: What are the benefits customers receive as a result of using this product?

Chief Executive Officer of Brandon Hall Group Mike Cooke Prior to joining Brandon Hall Group, Mike Cooke was the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of AC Growth. Mike held leadership and executive positions for the majority of his career, at which he was responsible for steering sales and marketing teams to drive results and profitability. Mike started his career at MicroVideo Learning Systems in 1992, eventually holding a senior management position and leading all corporate sales before founding Dynamic Minds. Mike was CEO and Co-Founder of Dynamic Minds, a custom developer of software programs, working with clients like Goldman Sachs, Prentice Hall, McGraw Hill and Merrill Lynch. Also, Mike worked for Oddcast, a leading provider of customer experience and marketing solutions, where he held a senior management position leading the company into new markets across various industries.
