Strategy Briefs

6 Strategies for Elevating Women Leaders in 2022 (Strategy Brief) Women continue to be severely underrepresented in leadership roles at most employers. Though 75% of organizations say women are included among their top internal succession candidates for CEO and C-Suite roles, only 17% of organizations have women CEOs. In addition, two-thirds of organizations have 20% or less of their C-Suite comprised of women and 55% have less than 20% women as senior leaders (VP level). This Strategy Brief outlines six strategies to help organizations make progress.

5 Strategies to Effectively Manage Uncertainty Six in 10 organizations say they are effectively handling ongoing workforce disruptions related to the COVID-19 pandemic, according to Brandon Hall Group’s pulse survey, How Can We Improve Work? About 70% of organizations require employees to wear masks in the workplace, 55% are delaying return-to-the workplace plans and 42% are extending their current policies on remote work indefinitely. This Strategy Brief offers five high-level strategies for managing the complex and sometimes competing challenges you face.
