2016 HCM Excellence Awards Applications Due April 15

Last week Brandon Hall Group launched our 22nd annual HCM Excellence Awards Program.  There are 77 categories across six divisions that companies can select from. We see applicants from program designers, managers, and executives who want to share their winning programs, strategies, and technologies that drive organizational improvement and performance, effective technology implementations, insightful models, and compelling success stories.

2016-HCM-Awards-LogoWe are honored to receive applications from organizations around the world ranging from small, medium, large, and global enterprises, to government, not-for-profits, and associations. Also, solution providers with innovative, cutting-edge technologies, products and services have the opportunity to enter along with their client organization.

Divisions for 2016 are Learning and Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management/HR, and Sales Performance.  Applications are due April 15. The award categories have expanded to more than 77 and are judged by Brandon Hall Group executives and analysts and an international panel of judges. Results will be announced in a live online event on September 7.

The Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards Program is the most prestigious awards program in the performance improvement industry. Often called the “Academy Awards” by learning, talent and business executives, the program was one of the first of its kind when it debuted in 1994. Brandon Hall Group recognizes the best organizations that have successfully developed and deployed programs, strategies, modalities, processes, systems, and tools that have helped companies achieve measurable results.

Our program continues to grow significantly each year as more people create compelling solutions to their HCM challenges and seek recognition and validation for their work. We have expanded categories to match the breadth of initiatives organizations are developing. We believe it’s important that organizations be recognized for HCM programs that drive business results to encourage continued innovation and excellence.

Winners of the 2015 awards in Learning and Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management/HR, and Sales Performance were announced in a live online event in September and are being honored Jan. 28 at the HCM Excellence Conference 16 at the PGA Resort and Spa in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Winners of five or more awards included:

Accenture, Bottom Line Performance, Canadian Tire, Cognizant Technologies, Emirates NBD Bank, Ernst & Young, Genpact, GP Strategies, IBM, KFC/Yum Brands, NIIT, Noggin Labs, Sweet Rush, and Tata Consultancy Services.

Recipients of the 2016 Excellence Awards will be honored with a ceremony and gala on January 26, 2017, at HCM Excellence Conference 17, again at the PGA National Resort.  Select corporate award-winners will also be selected to share their stories at Excellence17.
