hcm excellence awardsOne of my favorite times of year is when we unveil the annual HCM Excellence Award winners here at Brandon Hall Group. Beyond all the excitement, there is a tremendous amount of hard work that my team contributes in the months and weeks leading up to our announcement.  We recently revealed Gold, Silver, and Bronze awards in six divisions and more than 70 categories.

Winners include organizations from throughout the world in almost every major industry. This illustrious group includes such iconic organizations as Accenture, Adobe, American Red Cross, Bank of America, Boeing, California Pizza Kitchen, Cleveland Clinic, CVS Health, Dell, Ernst & Young, General Electric, Hewlett Packard, IBM, MasterCard, Microsoft, PepsiCo, Prudential, Sears Holdings, Shell, Siemens, Toyota, and Yum! Our submissions grew by 60% this year, and also have many multiple winners. Leading in awards again this year is Accenture with 30. Noggin Labs is next with 12, followed by Genpact with 11. GP Strategies and Tata Consultancy Services won 9 awards followed by NIIT, iCom Productions, IBM, and Canadian Tire with 8 awards. They are followed by Ernst & Young with 7, Dubai-based Emirates NBD Bank with 6, and 5 each for Cognizant Technologies, KFC/Yum Brands, Sweet Rush, and Bottom Line Performance. 12 organizations won 4 awards, and 102 organizations won more than 1 award.

The high quality of work and commitment to driving business results among our award winners never fails to amaze me. All of these winning programs deliver meaningful business results to their organizations. Winning an Excellence Award is a great honor, but the real winners are the organizations themselves and their customers and clients because of the innovation and customer focus they demonstrate.

Excellence Awards winners will be honored at Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Conference January 27-29, 2016, at the PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Selected winners also will serve as presenters in the more than 20 breakout sessions during the 2½-day conference.

Selected award-winning case studies from this year’s Excellence Awards Program will be available to Brandon Hall Group members in the coming weeks.
